Every instructor on Sprinary is a verified working professional — currently employed, building, or contributing in their field. They don’t design courses. Sprinary handles the curriculum entirely, so practitioners just teach what they already know. The result: current, field-tested knowledge delivered live.

We verify every instructor’s current employment, active project, or contribution before they teach. Verification methods include LinkedIn confirmation, GitHub activity, public portfolio, or direct reference checks. If we can’t verify it, we don’t publish the instructor card.

A cohort is a group of learners who go through a course together with scheduled live sessions. You attend classes, work on exercises, and learn alongside peers. Sessions are recorded, so if you miss one you can catch up. When the cohort ends, recordings become a self-paced course.

When a cohort reaches capacity, you can pre-order the self-paced version. Your payment is captured immediately, and you get automatic access when the course publishes after the cohort ends — recordings plus all course materials.

Sprinary’s curriculum team builds the full course structure — lessons, exercises, quizzes, and instructor teaching guides. Every piece of content passes a mandatory review before any instructor or learner sees it. Instructors receive both the student materials and an additional teaching layer.

We use Paystack for Nigerian learners, with international card support as a secondary option. We offer one-time payment for cohort enrollment and self-paced course purchases.

Yes — every course is versioned by year. Frontend Development 2025 and Frontend Development 2026 are different courses, each with a newly recruited practitioner instructor. This ensures the content and instructor context are always current.

If you’re currently employed, building a product, or contributing to open source in a relevant domain, you can apply when we publish instructor openings. You’ll need your current role, work samples, and a short recorded teaching walkthrough. You never have to design a course — we handle that entirely.
